Blocks Rock! is a STEM game that features competitive structured block playTM which activates brain development in all ages. The game is backed by ground-breaking research at two major universities. Their studies validated that Blocks Rock! increases spatial thinking and mental rotation, two skills critical for STEM development.

Primary Responsibilities

Demonstrate enthusiasm for customer service through customer involvement

Prospect and qualify new customer opportunities while engaging with existing customers

Drive engagement through product demonstrations, educational presentations, managed care trainings, trade shows and more

Adapt professional selling approach based on audience

Anticipate and address customer needs and issues, resolve issues in a timely manner

Coordinate and follow up order processing with fulfillment department

Use analytical tools and software applications effectively to manage accounts

Monitor branding and messaging for consistency, manage asset library

Plan and organize trade show participation

Complete requested tasks from management in an effective, timely manner

Qualifications

Customer orientation required, customer service experience and/or client relations preferred

Team player, network builder, collaborative approach to our customers

Presentation skills, in person and virtually

Planning and organizational abilities

Demonstrated computer and web skills

Background in education and afterschool programs a benefit

Experience with social media desirable, including blogs, digital marketing, and working with influencers

Work from home, in office as needed, must be able to travel

Contract position at negotiable rate, 15-30 hours weekly
